Goals For Food

The Maine Mariners are teaming up with Evergreen Credit Union to help end hunger in Maine! Together, we’re proud to launch the Goals for Food program. 

This season, $50 will be donated to local food pantries for every goal scored by a Maine Mariner on home ice. Each goal can help prepare as many as 100 meals for Mainers. The more goals the team scores, the more meals we donate! 

Funds are allocated to Maine Credit Unions’ Campaign for Ending Hunger, a 501(C)3 nonprofit organization. Resources are then distributed to food pantries in southern Maine. Some locations receiving funding include:

• Good Shepard Food Bank 
• South Portland Food Pantry
• Windham Food Pantry
• Westbrook Food Pantry
• Crosswalk Outreach in Naples
• Project Grace in Scarborough
