PERREAULT RECALLED, FELIX RE-ASSIGNED TO MAINE

PORTLAND, ME – January 31, 2026 – The Maine Mariners, proud affiliates of the NHL's Boston Bruins and AHL's Providence Bruins, announced a pair of transactions on Saturday. Forward Jacob Perreault was recalled to Providence, while defenseman Colin Felix was re-assigned from Providence to Maine.

Perreault, 23, earns his second call-up of the season, having skated in nine games with Providence earlier this season. He posted five points (three goals, two assists) in his first stint. In 25 games with the Mariners, the Quebec native is the team’s leading goal scorer with 11, on top of 16 assists for 27 points.

Felix, a 27-year-old defenseman from Camden, NJ, signed a one-year AHL contract with Providence this offseason. He’s skated in 22 games for the P-Bruins this season, posting three assists. The hard-nosed blue-liner has also played AHL games for the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, Utica Comets, and Rockford IceHogs, along with 113 career ECHL games between the Reading Royals and Adirondack Thunder. He has 45 career ECHL points: 13 goals and 32 assists.

The Mariners are on the road this weekend in Glens Falls, NY, visiting the Adirondack Thunder Friday through Sunday. They return home on Friday, February 6th and Saturday, February 7th to take on the Orlando Solar Bears for "Winter Olympics Night" presented by LL Bean and "207 Night" presented by Live + Work in Maine. Single game tickets for all home games are available at MarinersOfMaine.com or at the Hammond Lumber Company Box Office inside the Cross Insurance Arena.
